Shipping Policy – Grewbik AB

Thank you for shopping with Grewbik – the modular kids’ bike that grows with your child.

Delivery Start

All bikes are currently in the final stage of development. Deliveries are planned to begin between December 2026 and April 2027, once the products have completed the necessary testing and certifications for safe use.

We will send regular updates via email regarding the project status and delivery process. Please note that the stated delivery times are preliminary and may be adjusted due to unforeseen delays.

Pre-Order and Payment

When placing a pre-order, you can choose to pay the full amount upfront or only a deposit.

The remaining balance is to be paid upon delivery in accordance with the information provided in the order confirmation.

The deposit is non-refundable if the customer chooses to cancel the purchase.

Pre-orders become binding once the deposit has been paid.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are added per order as follows:

  • Sweden: 299 SEK

  • EU countries: 649 SEK

  • Outside the EU: 1,595 SEK

All shipments are trackable and sent with established carriers such as PostNord, DHL, or equivalent, depending on the destination.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.

When your bike is completed and ready for shipment, you will receive a separate email with tracking details and delivery information.

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable distance selling regulations applies from the day the product is delivered to you. This also applies to pre-orders.

The deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel the purchase before delivery.

Important Information

Products will only be delivered once they are fully developed, tested, and certified in accordance with applicable safety requirements.
