What is Grewbik and how does it work?
Grewbik is the world's first children's bike with an adjustable frame that grows with your child. The frame can be extended and raised in steps from 12 to 20 inches, meaning you effectively get five bikes in one single frame – without needing to buy a new bike every time your child grows. The bike is delivered as a 12 inch balance bike, complete with all parts for every size - pedals, chain and brakes are included from the start, ready to be mounted once your child has learned to balance.
How do you change the size of a Grewbik?
Adjusting the bike is simple and quick – no tools required. As your child grows, you simply swap the wheels for the next size and adjust the frame length and height. Extra pairs of wheels are available to purchase separately in sizes 16, 18 and 20 inches.
Is Grewbik an environmentally friendly choice?
Yes. Since the same frame stays with your child from 12 to 20 inches, there is no need to buy – or throw away – multiple bikes during childhood. Grewbik also accepts used bikes, refurbishes them and sells them on, reducing waste and use of resources.
