Returns and Right of Withdrawal

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To exercise your right of withdrawal (14 days) or to request a return (30 days), please use the digital return portal on our website. You can access this portal via your order status page or your customer account. If you need assistance, you can also contact us at info@grewbik.com.

To be eligible for a return or withdrawal, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when received

  • Be unused

  • Have all tags/labels attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days (EU)

For purchases within the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with distance selling regulations, starting from the day you receive the item, without the need to provide any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the digital return portal on our website or notify us by email at info@grewbik.com. You may also use the standard withdrawal form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are subject to return and withdrawal rights from the date the product has been delivered to you.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@grewbik.com so we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.

Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

The following types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards Please contact us if you are unsure whether a specific item is eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the original product via our digital return portal. Once the return has been approved, you can place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: For pre-orders, the initial booking fee is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your order before the product has been dispatched. However, if you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal after the product has been delivered to you, the full amount paid will be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
