Return and Refund Policy – Grewbik AB

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Pre-orders are subject to return and withdrawal rights only from the date the product has been delivered to you.
Any deposit paid for a pre-order is non-refundable if you choose to cancel the purchase before delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when received

  • Be unused

  • Have all tags/labels attached

  • Be in its original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.

Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

The following types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Please contact us if you are unsure whether a specific item is eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the original product as described above.
Once the return has been approved, you can place a new order separately.

Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days (EU)

For purchases within the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with distance selling regulations, starting from the day you receive the item, without the need to provide any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must:

  • Be in unchanged and unused condition

  • Have all tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

For pre-orders, the deposit is non-refundable if the purchase is canceled before delivery.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

For partial payments, only the amount paid beyond the deposit will be refunded if the item is returned after delivery.
